For companies that do not maintain an internal legal department, I provide continuous legal support as an external legal counsel.

This includes reviewing and negotiating contracts, preparing employment and corporate documentation, assisting with the enforcement of contractual claims, and handling corporate filings and registrations (such as changes of managing directors, registered office or powers of attorney). I also represent clients before administrative authorities where required.

I provide comprehensive legal support to clinical trial sponsors and contract research organisations (CROs), particularly in the drafting and negotiation of clinical trial agreements with healthcare providers.

Through long-term experience in the healthcare sector, I have developed a clear understanding of the regulatory and operational requirements of individual healthcare institutions. This enables me to anticipate non-negotiable provisions and structure agreements efficiently, thereby accelerating the contract negotiation process with hospitals and facilitating timely site initiation.

I also represent clients in communications with healthcare providers and regulatory authorities, ensuring contractual clarity and regulatory compliance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

I advise healthcare providers in the sale or acquisition of clinics and medical practices.
