We are the modern office located in Prague in CZ capable to provide comprehensive legal services for SMB in CEE and for the medical industry.
We assist our clients in setting rules of their operations, deal with the public authorities, review contracts, and solve the client's claims and depts, so clients could be pursued their operations and business, undisturbingly.
The office
is led by MS. Ludmila Wolf Molisova, the Czech licensed attorney at law.
In our work, we use the experience gained out of the legal profession such as the business and public sector.

Since we have been cooperating for the last few years with healthcare service providers, healthcare consultancy agencies, contract research organisations, clinical trial sponsors, distributors and importers of medical devices and pharmacies, we have noticed that sanctions can be imposed by the administrative authority for non-compliance with the rules or duties of certain healthcare entities, and the amount of the sanctions is not exactly negligible.

We provide services on template development for Clinical Trial Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations because we have gained an overview of the non-negotiable requirements of each healthcare provider, thus fastening the entire process of contract negotiation with hospitals. We also negotiate contracts on behalf of our clients, communicating with hospitals as well as regulatory authorities.
This allows for a faster site initiation visit.
Healthcare Providers
We will also provide you with the required assistance if you decide to sell your clinic or buy an already existing one. As part of legal due diligence, we will check the contractual documents, relevant permits, processes (especially in terms of compliance with legal regulations) and the material, technical equipment and staffing of the practice (audit). Audits can also be conducted as a precautionary measure, or if you are expecting an inspection by the administrative authorities.
